  Securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring all protective tissue and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the generated QR code at your nearest designated drop-off point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
